A Message from Glenn – Gates Ridge Civic Association

Dear Neighbors,

It has been quite some time since our last community notice, and I wanted to share an update as we head into the new year.

Over the past five years, Gates Ridge has seen tremendous change. We’ve had a large turnover of homes, significant investment in renovations and improvements, rising property values, and an influx of new families joining our community. At the same time, we continue to be a neighborhood made up of all generations and all stages of life — retirees, young families, long-time residents, and empty nesters — and that diversity is one of our greatest strengths.

Another positive change has been the growing number of neighbors who want to help. More residents than ever have offered their time, ideas, and energy to support the Civic Association and to keep Gates Ridge a place we’re all proud to call home.

Looking ahead, 2026 is going to be a strong year for our community. We will be focusing on better communication, more transparency, and continued efforts to maintain and improve the quality, beauty, and safety of our neighborhood. Our goal is simple: to work hard for every resident, regardless of how long you’ve lived here or what stage of life you’re in.

Most importantly, we want to hear from you. Please share your ideas, concerns, hopes, and feedback. Your involvement — whether big or small — truly helps shape the direction of Gates Ridge.

As we wrap up the year, I’d also like to wish everyone a warm, healthy, and joyful 2025 holiday season. Thank you for being part of this wonderful community.
