Homeowner Dues
Civic Association Dues
Civic Association dues are completely voluntary, but they are also essential to our ability to operate and provide the services and events that benefit our neighborhood.
To help homeowners determine whether they have contributed their dues, below is a link to a list of those who have paid. If you believe there is an error or have any questions, please email gatesridgecivicassociation@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to review.
The suggested annual dues are $100, but members are welcome to contribute whatever amount they feel is appropriate, whether more or less. Every contribution—regardless of size—helps support the neighborhood.
Thanks to electronic payments and email communication, we’ve seen a meaningful increase in participation over the past few years. All dues collected go directly back into the community, funding:
Our annual block party and other neighborhood events
Front entrance maintenance, lighting, electricity, and water
Sump and drainage maintenance
Safety and security improvements
Lobbying and legal efforts on behalf of the neighborhood
Beautification projects and general upkeep
Your participation—through dues, volunteering, or staying engaged—makes a real difference. While dues are optional, we truly cannot do what we do without them, and we sincerely appreciate the support that helps keep our community safe, informed, and connected.
